In September 2011, Edentity licensed all its intellectual property, royalty-free, to a joint-venture between the company's founders and the UK's Higher Education sector. The name of the joint-venture is 'Personal Information Brokerage - development Ltd', or PIB-d. Edentity itself is now dormant.
